Harris County Protective Services offers Nurturing Parenting. Many families that participate in the Nurturing Parenting Program find that their CPS cases are resolved sooner and with more positive results.

Nurturing Parenting is a family centered program designed to teach nurturing parenting skills. The idea is to decrease the negative parenting practices that sometimes lead to incidents with CPS and to increase the ability of families to positively care for their children.
